Lifestyle Coordinator/Activity Director

• To provide activities that meet the social, physical, intellectual and spiritual needs of individuals living at our Retirement Facility
• An individual who has experience working with seniors preferably with a certificate or degree in recreation/activation, sociology or gerontology

• Coordinate the Volunteer program, coordinate pastoral care and to promote the activity program and facility through monthly activity calendars, newsletters and coverage of events by local newspaper

Marketing Director

• The Marketing Manager/Sales Director is responsible for providing outstanding customer service in generating sales from individuals, referral groups and organizations.
• They must demonstrate exceptional understanding of / and work experience with seniors, product knowledge, and report / lead base management and current competitive intelligence.
• The ability to develop and maintain referral relationships and exceptional sales and marketing skills are key position responsibilities.
• You have a proven track record for networking.
• Experience in the Health Industry an asset

Director of Care/Wellness Coordinator
This position is one that requires an individual who is a mature, caring and positive and who truly enjoys seniors. If you are a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3-5 years working with seniors in a leadership role and have strong interpersonal, assessment, and organizational skills -then this is the position for you. Our Director of Resident Care is an individual who enjoys training, ongoing staff development and supervision of a care department.
This position requires that:
• You have a proven track record of accomplishment in coordinating services with outside care providers, ensuring compliance with quality/regulatory standards, care planning and documentation.
• The applicant to be either an RPN or RN
• That the applicant has to have current registration with the College of Nurses in good standing
• This DOC position is a multitask role which involves both resident care and administration duties
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Long-Term Care /Retirement Home experience an asset

Executive Director/Business Manager
The Executive Director/Business Manager is an experienced individual who coordinates the day-to-day operation of a full service retirement residence. This person is responsible for the security and well-being of the residents, as well as their health, comfort and retirement enjoyment.
The Executive Director/Business Manager:
• Would have a demonstrated ability with annual planning, financial planning, priority setting, quarterly reviews, and for the ensuring that the retirement facility achieves operational and financial success and complies with all regulations.
• Would have a proven track record that would demonstrate leadership, management, guidance and mentoring to all subordinates in all departments
• Would be responsible for all administrative functions – including payroll, budgeting and the organizing of an efficiently run facilities.

Environmental Coordinator
Under the direction of the Executive Director, This individual organizes, directs and supervises maintenance and repair programs, involving buildings and grounds. Coordinates maintenance and repair activities with functions of other departments. Specifically, the Environmental Coordinator is responsible for the general repairs, inspections and maintenance to all equipment in the building and the suites, and the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds. In this role, you will take the lead in the residence for all safety issues.
The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs, heating and air–conditioning systems and enjoys “hands–on” practical work. You have the ability to perform general building repairs such as painting and patching of drywall. The Environmental Coordinator must have excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and time management skills. Minimum Grade 12 education is a requirement. You demonstrate the ability to meet the physical and mental requirements of the position. The Environmental Coordinator must be available to deal with after hour emergencies at the community.
